Why has it become necessary to put in writing the General Terms and Conditions of Delivery?

Our company –Vajda Művek Ltd. – is dynamically growing with a rising number of partner relationship. Due to the nature of our work we have customers from more and more diversified areas of the industry with enquiries about special machines and devices, robotic apparatuses, innovative solutions and requests for price offers. The different economic entities prefer dissimilar delivery and contractual aspects, so we wish to provide guidance to our customers about these terms from our point of view.
The General Terms and Conditions of Delivery forms a system of conditions some point of which may be overridden in the actual mutual contract with the customer.
