Thermal shock tester

In the automobile industry the reliability of the safety elements is of utmost importance. Control and testing apparatuses are needed to ensure safety.

This device serves as a wheel sensor thermal shock tester. The sensor cables are put in a befogó palette designed for this purpose and is cooled to -40C . The cooled cables are attached to the test bench which detects the faulty parts. The testing process can only be continued when detecting a faulty part if the shrinkage is placed in the cable trap.
